KwaYa Leadership Fellowship
A practical pathway for young African leaders to grow in skill, confidence, and service.
What is the KwaYa Leadership Fellowship?
The KwaYa Leadership Fellowship is designed for young African adults who are already showing leadership through service.
It provides practical training, mentoring, and a period of study in Australia. More than that, it offers relationship, guidance, and real-life experience.
Fellows don’t come to stay. They come to grow and then return home better prepared to support families, strengthen communities, and lead with integrity.
Leadership in this program is not about status. It is about service, reliability, and using skills to make everyday life better for others.
This is not just a program
We are not selecting people based on grades or status.
We are walking alongside young adults who have already shown up for their families, their communities, and the people around them.
This Fellowship simply gives them the opportunity they’ve never had.
And when they return home, they don’t just carry skills.
They carry confidence.
Responsibility.
And the ability to make a real difference in everyday life.

Be part of a young leader’s journey
This is something we’ve seen again and again.
Given the opportunity, these young people grow in confidence, in skill, and in the way they show up for others.
And when they return home, that growth doesn’t stay with them.
It ripples out.
If you feel drawn to be part of that, we’d love to have you involved.
