Join the fun and team up with UBUNTU Africa for a joint performance. It’s a fantastic way to bridge cultures and share the joy of music—no singing experience needed! This optional activity is all about having a blast and connecting through rhythm.

How we fund our projects

Everyone heading on tour from Australia is encouraged to raise at least $1,000 before we go. This helps fund the amazing projects we'll be working on together!

You'll also book your own flights, but no worries—there’s a package fee that covers your accommodation, meals, fun activities, and all the admin details.

Workshops

We love using everyone's unique skills to run fun workshops for kids in the slums.

We've had a great time with Zumba, tin whistle, arts and crafts, and more.

But don’t worry if you think you don’t have a skill to share—your support as an assistant is super valuable!

Safari

Early mornings at our safari camp at Murchison Falls (the oldest and largest game park in Uganda) are magical!

Picture this: you hop into an open vehicle for an exhilarating game drive, spotting lions, leopards napping in trees and watching hippos frolic in the water.

And don’t forget the giraffes gracefully munching on acacia leaves!

Add to that a leisurely sunset boat ride on the Nile to the bottom of the magnificent Murchison Falls.

It’s the perfect way to round off your Ugandan adventure.

Who Can Join

Everyday Aussies from all over Australia join us for an incredible two-week adventure in Uganda. There are only 15 spots available, so it’s a great opportunity to really make a difference!

If you’re between 18 and 85, you’re in! And if you’re a teenager aged 12 to 17, you can come along too, but you’ll need an adult with you.

We’ll be teaming up with the amazing African Children’s Choir, which means you’ll get to experience some truly unforgettable moments and meaningful connections.

Building Projects

We'll be rolling up our sleeves to build awesome projects in schools and villages.

Think new toilets for schools, community centers, repainting classrooms in slums, creating playgrounds, soccer pitches, and even veggie gardens!

Live Like a Local

Join us in visiting remote Ugandan villages, where you'll spend a day living like the locals.

You’ll eat their delicious meals, work in the fields, and experience their way of life firsthand.

It's a unique chance to connect, learn, and have fun! Step up for some authentic Ugandan hospitality.
