UBUNTU AFRICA tours are run solely by passionate and dedicated KwaYa volunteers.
Every two years 1000 volunteers up the eastern coast come together to create a once in a lifetime experience for all involved.

Get Involved

HOST a CONCERT and/or a WORKSHOP

Schools, Community choirs and/or Community groups are invited to

Organise a concert and/or cultural exchange workshop in your school or local area.

Be the opening act in UBUNTU Africa concert plus join them on stage for a moving finale.

Schools, Community choirs and/or Community groups are invited to be Area Hosts.

Fill your homes with love and laughter as you billet these delightful young adults from Uganda and Kenya. 14 young adults (7 males and 7 females).
Organise a concert and workshop in your school or local area.

Manage a national marketing campaign for the tour.
Co-ordinate marketing campaigns with metropolitan and regional areas.
Prepare online marketing campaign.
Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, etc
Assist in the composition and pitching of tour media releases.
Connect with influential media outlets and journalists/radio stations to get interviews and to place stories about our tour.

Note: This position can be executed remotely.

Our volunteer bus drivers transport the kids, crew and equipment up the eastern coast over the 8 week tour.
Bus driver is responsible for maintenance of the bus and the safe and timely transport of the team.
Apply to cover one, two, or however many weeks you can offer.
Bus is 26 seater plus trailer.
Accommodation provided in host family homes.
