A 90 min workshop that provides valuable exercises for teachers looking to increase learning through play.

  1. Interactive games boost self-confidence and help students better communicate with others. 
  2. Short, easy, African songs learned through vocal imitation boosts self-esteem.
  3. The mutual joy and one-on-one interaction during interactive play can manage stress. 
  4. Studies show students are two times more likely to feel less stressed or anxious when allowed to play for 15 minutes, compared to classmates who read or listened to a story.
  5. ​Suitable for secondary and primary specialist music teachers and primary and early childhood teachers.

Abraham Kiyingi
UBUNTU Africa is a gifted group of 14 singers, musicians and dancers who are a part of the world-renowned African Children’s Choir. Having just graduated high school through ACC sponsorship, they are poised to fulfill their promise by making a difference in their communities back home. As they prepare to enter university on their journey to become future leaders of Uganda, they are thrilled to share their love of music, dance abd connection through this inspirational tour.
